Recently there have been so many firmware updates for the 6210 series that it's hard to keep up with them and just because it's the latest firmware doesn't necessarily mean it's an improvement on the last version.
Just because the current firmware is new doesn't mean it's going to improve anything with your particular camera. There have been a number of component changes to Acorn cameras recently and some firmware upgrades are to accommodate them. Loading the wrong firmware onto your camera can cause you problems and I would suggest that if your camera works OK you leave well alone.
I'm currently comparing V1.2.001T and V1.2.003T against V1.1.010T and V1.1.011T in old and new MC/MM/MG cameras.
V1.2.101T has now made an appearance but I haven't been able to verify it yet.

Set-up Software - for all Acorn camera models
There is an indication that some recent software versions above v1.2.020 are not suitable for setting up some of the 5210 and 6210 models, probably the older MMS modules and pre screen change cameras.
If you are experiencing a wireless connectivity problem with your 5210 or 6210 camera using the later software, then download v1.2.016 or v1.2.020 and see if you can set up successfully using these versions.
Software is only Windows compatible.

Data on this web site.
I originally intended to include data for several cameras, but as I no longer use any other than the Ltl Acorn range, I've decided to concentrate on providing in-depth information about these only.
I can no longer claim to be unbiased but I can guarantee that I will be open and honest about the pros and cons of this range of cameras. Because I use them, I get just as frustrated about things that don't work as all of you; and you will know from reading this site that when something doesn't work I don't pull any punches on analysing the problem.
I have direct contact with the manufacturers and can usually get information and updates fairly fast. I am also constantly providing feedback about problems, both from myself and others worldwide; so if you have an issue or a question, please contact me.
